One of the longest continuously running Kite Festivals in the US, this is an annual rite of Spring in Austin, TX.
Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. Expect a clear day on Sunday with an early morning low of about 40 F warming to about 60 F by noon and a high just below 70 F by about 3 p.m. Winds are expected to blow from the east at about 8 mph. While the scattered rain on Saturday may have wet Zilker Park, its not expected to be a problem for attendees or vendors. In the United States). Although it looks strange, I left the T-top seams there intentionally to match the toy. The final paint job is fairly straightforward semi-gloss black and flat white to give it a no-nonsense official look. The door and hood emblems were made in Illustrator and printed onto labels, and the rear HIGHWAY PATROL text is a decal..crossover (their 1940s and 1960s Batmobiles had both been previously done by The Danbury Mint and The Danbury Mint Johnny Lightning, respectively).
